Project Brief -
Using the lyrics to a song of your choice, create one 45s-1m motion sequence using limited color, animated typography, and treated images or footage. Make sure you consider the content of your song. Think about how you can use the beat and lyrics to influence your motion and create an interesting and thoughtful narrative.
Deliverables -
A lyric video that is 45sec - 1min long.
Challenges/Opportunities -
It was a challenge showing both sets of lyrics at the same time and timing the transitions to feel comfortable and natural. But after careful practice, I was able to create smooth and visually appealing animations.
Takeaways -I gained experience easing and adjusting the speed graph within After Effects.
